José Manuel Gallegos (October 30, 1815 – April 21, 1875) was an American priest and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as a delegate to the U.S. Congress from the Territory of New Mexico from 1853 to 1856 and 1871 to 1873. Born in Abiquiú, in what is now Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, Gallegos attended parochial schools.
